$43,000-$50,000 Total Compensation | Pathway to General Manager

We’re looking for a Lead Manager to take on a key leadership role within our fast-casual restaurant team. This position is designed for someone looking to grow into a General Manager role and make a meaningful impact through hands-on leadership and team development.

As a Lead Manager, you'll play a critical role in day-to-day operations, team performance, and guest satisfaction. You’ll work side-by-side with your team, leading by example, driving results, and creating a positive, high-performing environment.


What We Offer

  • Total Compensation: $43,000-$50,000
  • 10 PTO days per year

What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire

  • Motivate the team to deliver consistent guest delight
  • Create a positive culture through recognition, support, and accountability
  • Set clear expectations and lead with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism
  • Foster open, respectful communication throughout the team
  • Be present and lead by example in all areas of operations

Train and Develop Team Members

  • Coach and develop Shift Managers and Team Members to perform at a high level
  • Conduct pre shift meetings and motivate the team
  • Help build and retain a strong, capable team
  • Run shifts while maintaining quality, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Promote continuous learning and internal development

Drive Operational Results

  • Support execution of store goals and business plans
  • Uphold high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
  • Achieve top scores on secret shops, safety audits, and guest feedback
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with company systems, processes, and standards
  • Collaborate with fellow leaders to improve performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 18 years or older
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • A hands-on leader with strong people and communication skills
  • Positive, high-energy mindset and strong work ethic
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for great service and team development in a fast-paced setting
